En esta edición, participarán 14 comunidades autónomas de España, compitiendo del miércoles 25 al jueves 26 de octubre. Los representantes de estas comunidades se reunirán en Vitoria-Gasteiz para determinar quién ofrece el mejor pintxo.
La clasificación se llevará a cabo a través de 5 cenas públicas en establecimientos de la ciudad el miércoles 25 de octubre, y la emocionante final se llevará a cabo en el Palacio Villa Suso de la ciudad en la mañana del 26 de octubre, donde expondrán sus creaciones frente a un jurado profesional del mundo de la hostelería y la gastronomía.
